Elmer and Mare join Ken (one half of the DUO) along with the crew of the Irish Ayes for a late summer day of cod and haddock fishing.

It was shrimp VS Elmer's cod and haddock stones. See Elmer they work well. Elmer held his own but the shrimp won out hands down this day.

Decent cod and some nice big haddock filled the cooler along with a couple of cusk caught by Elmer.

The weather called for rain and it started, so we called it an early day and had 16 "keepers" in 3 hours. Cindy cried "Ken didn't they tell you not to give Elmer anything sharp!" "Oh I just let him hack up the cusk. It's OK."

Pretty much the same as we did. 15 keepers in a weather shortened day. Cusk, cod and haddock, everyone had fish.
